Purchased the king set, these pillows are exactly as described and so much more! We have slept on These pillows for 2 day and they are amazing! As soon as you lift your head off of them they plump right back into place. My husband had always had negative things to say about the pillows I have purchased in the past but as soon as he laid his head down he had nothing but good things to say especially the next morning! Will be purchasing more of these for our other beds!

Is pillows shipped to me very quickly, and once taken out of the packaging, they fluffed up very nicely, as the instructions said they would. I have had gel pillows before that became lumpy, even when I didn't was them. These do not make my head hot, and are very comfortable. I would characterize them as soft to medium firmness. They don't just squish down as if there is no pillow. I really recommend these pillows!
