How do I earn points for my purchase?

Points are automatically awarded based upon the dollar amount you spend and your Cozy Club member tier.

When will I receive my points?

Points are automatically awarded within 1 day of payment. Once your points are visible in your account, you can redeem them at any time.

Where can I find my points balance?

You can view your balance by signing in to your Linens & Hutch account here.

Can I use rewards and discount codes in one purchase?

Yes! Linens & Hutch points are redeemed in the form of a gift card. You can use a gift card and discount code in the same purchase.

How do I redeem my points?

To redeem your points, first create/log into your Linens & Hutch account here. After signing in, you can find your progress toward the rewards that are available to you.

Do my points expire?

Yes. Your points will expire 2 years after your last purchase.

What happens to my points if I return an item?

If returned, points awarded from a purchase will be deducted from your Linens & Hutch rewards balance.

How does the referral program work?

For every new customer you refer to Linens & Hutch, they will get a coupon for 43% off sitewide.

If they purchase at least $150 in product (after referral discount), you will be rewarded 300 points! 

Points will be awarded after 1 day of the referral purchase. 

To qualify, referral must be a first-time customer. Points will not be awarded on the purchase of gift cards. Referral codes cannot be combined with any other discount or offer.

When does my tier reset?

Tiers are determined based on amount spent within a 12 month period.
